FOR THE RECORD : Simple Portraits by Cass
The missing teeth. The cowlick. The freckles. The face they make when you ask them not to smile. The way they look right now, before they go and change on you again.
For the Record is a series of simple, honest portraits made to capture personality over perfection.
15 minutes. No elaborate setup. No need for everyone to behave.
Just really good portraits of exactly who they are right now.
Sessions pop up in different locations throughout the year, at an approachable price that makes it easy to come back again and again—to keep a record of all the versions of them along the way.
For the record: this is them.
